We are daily face many problems and we don’t know our attitude about them either it is positive or negative. we take any decision runtime at the time of problem creation. so, due to this decision, may be someone feel angry on you. therefore when you take decision at that time your approach or attitude must be positive.
Structure of Attitudess
Attitudes structure can be described in terms of three components.
- Affective component:
- this involves a person’s feelings / emotions about the attitude object. For example: “I am scared of spiders”.
- Behavioral (or conative) component:
- the way the attitude we have influences how we act or behave. For example: “I will avoid spiders and scream if I see one”.
- Cognitive component:
- this involves a person’s belief / knowledge about an attitude object. For example: “I believe spiders are dangerous”.

- Less worry about others:
When you are in stress or problems at that time you think about everyone which relates the problem, if you think about everyone and try to satisfy everyone then it may possible that you will fall in another trouble. you are also confuse with your problem. so, less worry about other problems and focus on your problems.
- Maintain healthy relationships:
Research demonstrates that your mood can immediately improve after having a conversation with someone you care about and you receive a supportive response from them. If you keep maintain healthy relationship with your relatives and friends then you are not alone in your problems means they also with you and give motivation and inspiration when you required.
- Avoid comparing yourself to other people:
When you are working,playing,studying at that time don’t compare himself with your opponents or colleague because maybe you are less powerful compare to them at that time you are demoralized and give up your work,study,etc. other hand if you are much powerful compare to them at that time you feel egoistic which is not good for you. so, try to avoid compare yourself to other people.
- Talk about your emotions with a friend:
We all have a one best friend that we can share our personal problems, emotions and feeling with frankly. If we don’t share our problems with our friends then we feel alone and solution of problems is not found by single handed. If multiple persons take decision on single problem then solution must be near to 100%. so, always Talk about your emotions with a friend which leads to positive attitude.
- Do things you enjoy:
if you want to develop your positive attitude then you must do that things which are gives to you real enjoy not artificial. these things include your favourite games,your favourite music etc. in short, all those positive things which gives you pleasure. if you in pleasure mood then and then you can work properly, study properly etc.
- Put a positive spin on a stressful circumstance:
When you are in stressful circumstances at that time you passing in a bad times means anything you can do, it’s going to wrong. don’t take wrong decision. take advice to your senior person or your elders who are experienced in your field. so due to positive decision you can solve your problem with positive spin.
- Find positive meaning in ordinary events:
In everyday, number of events are occurring in our life. some events are positive and some are negative. like you go in a office and your boss call into his office and give promotion for you. that is positive events for you and you are really appreciated by himself. if you are failed in any work then don’t disappoint because your attitude must be try and try will be success.
- Developing an Attitude of Gratitude:
while somebody help in our work at that time we must say to him thank you this attitude is called attitude of gratitude. due to this approach we also ready for help to someone. if we help to someone then and then we will keep hope for someone help us.
- Write a daily gratitude list:
If we help to someone then we must take record that help in your personal diary. so, when you read again your diary, you should strike out on that points. due to this habit in few years, you have lots of example of gratitude in your list which done by you. this list boost your confidence level and many people will obliged by you means lots of people will ready for help to you due to your approach of gratitudinous.
- Take ownership of your thoughts and actions:

- Try to respond, not react:
It means someone talks with you and ask something to you at that time you reply with him very gently not very aggressive. this is small thing but it is very affect on your opponent’s mind. this approach can build positive impression on your opponent’s people. on other hand, if you reply with him very aggressive means your reaction is roughly then that people never call once again any time. may be you required him at that time he can’t respond you and ignore you. therefore, infront of everyone try to respond, not react.
