Who gets texts and calls

Only a Trusted Person who was invited by the account owner, accepted, and turned on "Text me if a call goes long" and/or "Call me if it goes really long" in the Just Know app, entering their own mobile number. Opt-in is recorded with a date and time.

What we send

Occasional safety alerts about the person who invited you — for example: "Just Know: Mom has been on a call with an unknown number for 11 minutes. Reply 1 if you know about it. Reply STOP to stop texts." No marketing. Frequency varies; typically a few messages a month or fewer.

Replies

Reply 1 to let us know you're aware. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply START to turn texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@justknow.me.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automated calls

If you turned on calls, Just Know may place an automated voice call to your number when a call goes very long. Press 1 if you know about it. Turn calls off anytime in Settings.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy page.
